How many calories should I consume if I want to lose 5 pounds? - how many calories for snickerdoodles

I packed a few pounds in recent months and want to lose 5 kilos. I eat healthy for the most part. Consume as many calories, you should take off every day to 5 pounds, if I burn 600-800 per day? My goal is to lose in 3 weeks and keep it off! Thanks
