It is likely that a college diploma and a couple of years of experience, if u have a decent job in Japan or Western Europe.
Then of course you need your passport or ID card. Work Permit / Visa will be organized by the employer, the only thing U need to do is to ask the relevant embassy in the country of residence of Ur, but (I think I knew U).
