I think buying a property there, but first I wondered if you think it is a dynamically growing community, or a place that should be considered as "past is a priority?
Not many artists and free thinkers who live there, or very conservative?
Is the town to attract tourists and has a lively arts section that story?
What is the main reason that a city Rocky Mount today?
